Dispatch & Delivery

Your grass seed will be mixed and packed at our warehouse in Monifieth, By Dundee. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12.00 noon the same day, during exceptionally busy periods this may be the following day.

If you would like to collect from our Monifieth store, please choose this option at checkout. We will phone you to let you know when your seed is ready.

Where possible deliveries will be made by our own van or small lorry and be with you in 1 to 2 days, those sent by courier will be with you in 2-3 days. There may be slight delays in selected areas due to limitations with carriers.

Stock Availability

At certain times of the year some items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will make contact to inform you of any delay or amendment.

VAT

Grass seed is a zero rated product, however standard rate VAT is charged on wildflowers and a few game crop items, this is clearly shown on the relevant product page.

VAT is not charged on the delivery of zero rated items but will be charged when an order contains any number of standard rated items.

Bulk Discounts

We offer bulk discounts on most of our products on orders over 100kg, starting at 2.5% going up to 15% off for orders over 1200kg. Discount will be shown in your basket and at checkout. Some exclusions apply.

Delivery charges

Orders over £100: Free delivery within the UK.
Orders under £100: £10 carriage charge.
